**This form is for students who wish to leave ΢ÃÜȦ and withdraw from ALL of their classes.**

΢ÃÜȦ Withdrawal Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from the college, and do not plan on returning to ΢ÃÜȦ, must complete the official withdrawal process before the college withdrawal deadline (see deadline on Academic Calendar).Students who wish to withdraw from all courses, and return to ΢ÃÜȦ in a future semester, should complete the process.

Students who complete the withdrawal process within the add/drop period (see deadline on Academic Calendar) will not have any grades posted to their ΢ÃÜȦ transcript. Those completing the withdrawal process after the add/drop period will have W grades reported on their transcript.

Students who wish to return to ΢ÃÜȦ at a later date will be subject to the college’s reactivation or readmission policies.

Students in the following groups are STRONGLY advised to contact the appropriate office prior to withdrawing from the college to ensure there are no unintended consequences:

I promise to pay ΢ÃÜȦ, its agents or contractors, any indebtedness which I have incurred up to the date of this college withdrawal. I understand that withdrawing from the College may affect federal and state benefits, various financial aid programs and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. I understand that by withdrawing from the College, I forfeit my current admission in my academic program.
