The Career Development Center at ΞΆΓάΘ¦ (ΞΆΓάΘ¦) conducted the First-Destination Survey for the class of 2022-2023 to gather post-graduation plans six months after completion.

Methodology

The survey opens during the month before commencement and remains available for six months following graduation. Utilizing the NACE survey tool on Handshake, individualized links were sent to each graduate to ensure accurate response tracking. A total of 1,546 undergraduate recipients were surveyed, with follow-up emails sent at six months and beyond to enhance data collection through various engagement methods. This approach enabled ΞΆΓάΘ¦ to effectively capture and analyze the career outcomes of its recent graduates.
