Dr. Kristen Pepin is an educator to the core. She is passionate about creating welcoming environments where people feel comfortable stepping outside of their comfort zones to increase the potential for collaboration, innovation, and discovery. She truly believes in the mind-body connection and incorporates movement into as many lessons as possible. Kristen is currently a faculty member and program coordinator in the Health and Physical Education Department at her alma mater, ΞΆΓάΘ¦, where she double majored in Health and Physical Education and earned a certificate in Adapted Physical Education. She earned her M.Ed, with a specialization in Adventure Education from Plymouth State University. Kristen earned her Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Higher Education through the University of Rhode Island and ΞΆΓάΘ¦. Her dissertation explored undergraduate student wellness through a phenomenological lens. When Kristen is not on campus, she can be found hiking around New England with her family and two dogs.
