User Support Services is here to assist ΞΆΓάΘ¦ students, faculty, and staff with all of their technology needs.
Monday–Friday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm
User Support Services USS) supports all end-user client devices, provides technology training, supports Blackboard, the college's learning management system (LMS), and maintains the academic computing facilities including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms along with the Help Center.
Using our self-service support portal, you can with classroom and desktop equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., about technology on campus and get information about instructional media and reserving AV equipment. The ITS Help Center is a single point of contact for information and assistance with classroom, desktop, network and telephone technologies.
The Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) team's mission is to promote excellence in teaching across all curricula at ΞΆΓάΘ¦ by combining technology and instructional design best practices to assist faculty in realizing their teaching and learning goals.
Audiovisual is a function of the Help Center that provides instructional support service with a full range of instructional media and related services for faculty, staff, and students.
